During the test one question (to do with whether a sign depicted was mandatory or a prohibition) did not display the requisite pictire and the box to click for the next question was off the screen.
Covers the essential information. Uses a good mix of presenters who are knowledgeable and informative. There was a lot to take in in one go and it is good to have the opportunity to do the course in separate parts.
I feel that this is a very informative course, my minor issues where the video's freezing and becoming visually difficult to see in addition I had some issues with volume as sometimes the presenters would freeze and the audio would continue this then meant that the frames where out of sync. Other than that this program covers a very large and diverse area and the audio videos showed the realities of fire and the harm they cause.
contains a lot of useful information and very easy to understand
Mix of video and grapihics and CCTV made it interesting
A very clear and concise programme which could be adopted for all levels of learning/training
We, as a Company, are required to complete this course on an annual basis and have been doing so for about 5 or 6 years. I don't believe the course has changed at all in this time, I believe this makes it not as effective as you become complacent and rush through straight to the test.
The demonstrations of how to use fire extinguishers are good, and the videos showing people's reactions to fire alarms and an actual fire are a bit of an eye-opener.
It was educational and easy to follow but there were a few IT problems and the programme kept freezing or I had to go over the same section until it recognised that I had completed the section. Overall it was good.
A very well presented programme, and videos, good, clear English conversations and direct to the point test questionaire.
