Helps to have information delivered verbally, visually and written word.

The fire warden training was very easy to follow, and I liked how it paused at the end of each section so you could take notes if you wanted to. I learnt a lot, and I feel a lot more confident to be able to take the correct action and help others in the event of a fire.

Very good programme. Very clear and covered everything I wanted to know and even things I didn't know I needed to know. I now feel confident to fulfill my duties as a fire warden.
