Not only useful for my role as a Fire Warden in the office but I also now have some useful knowledge which will be just as much value outside the workplace.

The videos in the test covered the very basics of fire safety to more advance techniques. The five minute test was, in my opinion, not extensive enough in relation to the amount of material given prior to the test. However, the training provided in the sections was presented in a very clear and concise manner.

The way in which it was delivered made it easier to understand the way we have to learn about the different extinguishers and which fires we have to apply each one to. Well done.

a downloaded workbook that you could add information to as you were taking the course would have certainly in my opinion would have been a positive, also you could us this book to refer to .
