I found the option of sub titles very good as you could take time to read through it and the demonstrations were clear and informative.
I didn't expect the program to be as intense or as long. But I have gained a much better understanding of being a Fire Warden. Also it has made me more aware of the safety in our office, and what equipment we have to tackle emergencies. Overall a very good program and I have gained more knowledge in Fire Safety.
It is helpful to be able to go back and pick out just the bits you need to imporve on rather than doing it all again.
After being put forward to be fire warden for our area wasn't sure what to expect but videos were quite easy to follow

An excellent refresher course but could I suggest that the trainee finds the faults in the rooms by clicking on them rather than them being pointed out. It would be good to see how many were spotted without being told.
