really cool

A good overview, at times long winded, and in the test some the very vague questions

A very enjoyable programme of training. A clear and friendly presenter, well written and very thorough. The ability to pause and resume the programme at a later date is very useful as it is difficult to dedicate the time to complete it in one sitting.

Good all round course. A practical course might also be advantageous to some Fire Wardens, especially for larger companies like Mitel (where i work)

The course was not too long and easy to follow.

Good use of video's - made for more effective learning.

I Have done one of these before for a previous job and this one was better. Very satisfied with the results.
