I have done fire fighting training for many years as a pilot. Now office based I feel I should volunteer as a fire warden and found your training very informative and easy to follow.
Good course, excellent materials, user friendly. Only comment is that through headphones, the presenter was echoing and took a while to adjust to this.
Although the training is comprehensive many of the videos and the test no longer work thus defeating the object of completing the package.
Found it very interesting and informative, easy to navigate through and easy to understand videos.
When asked to complete a task of this nature,it seems a bit of a bind. But I can honestly say having completed the programme I feel well informed and more knowledgeable about the whole subject of fire and safety not just in the work place but also in venues we use to conduct our business and around the home. The programme was easy to navigate and all explanations were clear and precise.
Useful update in a concise manner.
I enjoyed doing the programme. It was very informative and easy to follow.
training was informative
There is a fair amount of information on legislation and chemical-type info; which I'm not sure I could remember or quote to anyone and it was these types of question I got wrong in the test. Should wardens be 'tested' on remembering legal info?
Bursting with well presented information and useful video clips.
