Great Information and helpful Videos

very clear training, very organised.

All staff completed this dvd which is very informative , making fire safety priority within the house.

I didn't feel it was always as engagging as it could of been and there didn't seem to be an emphasis on priority and essential points as they got lost in too much information at times

It was presented in a clear and precise way, easy to understand and packed full of useful information.

the programme was broken into easy simple steps which made it easy to follow and could be picked up again at a later date if required

MANAGED TO LEARN A LOT ABOUT FIRES IN 80 MINUTES WHICH COULD PROVE INVALUABLE.

A number of the videos would not play, including those included in the Test section, meaning 2 of the 20 questions I had to guess as there was no video to see what the Fireman was doing. I am using a Mac.

I really enjoyed this programme and think it was better than attending in person as I could go back and watch parts again if I wanted to.

To complete the full programme it take 1.5 hours, longer with interruptions, it could maybe be condensed a little.
