Although the training was very good, it would be better if more practical work was included instead of so many videos, also more visual aids.

Some of the monologues were a little long - work text to support what was said, in my opinion would help.

I found the training programme very informative and 'straight to the point'

I think there was one point when someone confused the terms "fire door" and "fire exit". I think they said that fire exits should be kept closed.

Well thought out programme

It's a very easy to follow course but my PC wouldn't play the videos and sometimes this meant I missed information or couldn't answer questions on the test.
