I felt the session was too long ,doing training on line I find I am easily distracted and therefore loose focus. Probably just me as I am not used too sitting looking at a screen for that length of time. I prefer more interactive training, where one can question statements made.

Some training videos were very engaging and the examples were well presented. I fully enjoyed the training programme.

The 'test' I had problems with this section, I had to complete the test over and over again, it was asking me the same questions all the time, it eventually gave me the results of 85% and asked me "did I want to do the test again" so I did it again, the same thing happened me I repeated the questions and correct answers over and over again, so I was so frustrated I logged of and just printed off the certificate. Finally, the one question with the 'video' clip I was clicking on the correct answer each time and it constantly told me it was incorrect, this happened me at least half a dozen times, again eventually it finally accepted the right answer. So I found this entire test frustrating to say the least.

Being this is the first time, I have completed a Training Programme on Line, I found it quite easy, as the programme was set out to be easily understood . The one thing that was nice, I was able to watch the video,s and still work at my desk.

Good but there were a couple of instances when I could not get it to respond and accidentally clicked the wrong answer

The training was well put together, a good mix of videos, questions, facts and figures. Very informative and user friendly. - please do not put my name or company with the review if you want to use it, thanks.

Although the training was very good, it would be better if more practical work was included instead of so many videos, also more visual aids.
