Clear and appropriate questions and engaging speakers
we think one of the questions may be wrong regarding convection.
I think the course is pitched at a very good level and was very informative.
some of the videos were long and boring which made concentration go. maybe a few more tester questions as you go.
The more that people are aware of the danger of fires the more people will survive.
The training is very thorough, but quite long!
Being able to come in and out of the training rather than trying to find the time to do it all in one go was very useful.
Covers everything in detail, it's easy to understand
as it was e learning i could fit it into my working day, and if i was needed within the service i could stop the trianing and resume back at a later time or day. found this training ver knowledgable and helpful
