Easy to follow and informative.

An easy to follow comprehensive training programme for fire wardens with simple to follow instructions.

5/5
problems with test repeat it 4 times

seemed to take a long time and test not registering results did not help

COULD NOT GET IN

had to do course by reading the course as could not get the man to talk me through the course. E mailed Sandie and it but still did not work even using the other ways they suggested.

Helpful and informal

I feel the information provided after each video (a summary of what was said in the video) was very helpful as I found it hard to follow what was being said in each video as I am Dyslexic and I learn better by reading instead of listening to what needs to be explained to me. But I really liked it and it made me more aware of how people react and what should be done and who needs to do what exactly in each situation.

OK but dull

Needs a variety of presenters, parhaps a woman?

3/5
easy to understand

with the training section which makes staff feel more confident for facing risky.

4 Stars

I liked the format: videos followed by a brief resume to read. Seeing how people fail to react was most informative and surprising. My only quibble: the Test was too easy. It could probably have been passed without seeing the training, using common sense and general knowledge.

4/5
Interesting

Easy to follow, interesting and held my attention

5/5
technology let it down

It did not let me take the test for two times. During the test unable to select answers several times; I had to take the test 3 times to be able for the computer to let me select the answers; twice it select what I did not select. I am not really sure that I agree with the fact that drills should always be planned and employees informed. I think sometimes drills should be done withouot informing employees that it is a drill to make sure that they have not become desensitised to them.
