Very good theory and very informative. the demonstrations were good , but I feel I needed to hold and feel the extinguisher myself. A practical exercise to go with this would complete the course well for me

I found the programme factual yet engaging, concise yet explanatory with the right balance of detail. The presentation was good, the interface easy to use and structured so that the programme could be completed in two or three convenient chunks. I think this programme taken annually would be good to complement a less frequent practical training course.

As an experienced Fire Warden who has recently moved offices, the course was pitched at just the right level for me. I was able to refresh my knowledge and cover some new aspects relevant to my new environment. None of us wants to face a real emergency, but I now feel confident that I know what steps to take to minimize the risks, and be of real assistance should the worst happen.

Difficult to summerise, it was very basic and left me wanting to delve deeper. Adequate for most people

Took me a bit longer than stated but I like to make sure I take everything in, there is a lot to take in but was very similar to course at the live Fire Station we would usually visit for a full day, so, this course saves time away from the office.

I found the Fire Warden Training programme to be very informative.

Through the help of this training, I now feel enabled to at least tackle a fire, or pass on the information about tackling fires...I will look at Extinguishers more carefully now.
