An excellent, good quality learning course - easy to use, relevant, clear and concise. I was very impressed.

The programme is good but I felt under pressure to complete it at my desk within my normal working environment with all the distractions that brings. I would have preferred to have gone to a designated room with no distractions as it take several hours to complete.

The program is easy to set up and follow. The information is interesting and understandable. The question at the end of each section adds a fun element and is encouraging to move onto the next section. If at the end of each section you are unsure you can press a back button to listen to it again. The test at the end was short and the questions are easy to follow. Overall a good and informative disc.

I have found this program really beneficial and would recommend this to every member of the public so they are aware of the risks, dangers and causes of a fire. I have learnt a lot from this program, things that I would have never knew before. By completing this short course I am now fully aware of the dangers of a fire and how a fire can occur in the workplace. Furthermore, this program has taught me that different types of fire extinguishers can tackle different types of fires and if you use the wrong fire extinguisher for the wrong type of fire, this can cost you your life.

A bit long winded with a bit too much talking

great training and easy accessible, great to get the essential points and for guidance if one would like to look into it in more details.

Easy to follow and very informative. The video clips were especially useful, you do automatically think that people would run from a fire but to see the real behaviour was "eye-opening".

some videos would not load.

Only thing I would mention is it would be useful to put an estimated time of completion on this course
