Gives a very good insight into the Fire Marshall responsibility and explains the types of extinguishers clearly. Saves going to a venue and it covers everything required except the actual use of extinguishers. However I cannot see why individual organisations cannot use expired extinguishers as practice!

I ENJOYED THE COURSE. THE AREA I LIKED BEST WERE THE HIDDEN CAMERA SCENARIOS AND THE QUESTIONS AFTER EACH SECTION TO KEEP YOU ON YOUR TOES. THE SECTIONS WHERE THE FIRE BRIGADE OFFICER WAS TALKING WERE A BIT LONG AND I FELT MYSELF SWITCHING OFF A BIT. THE PRESENTER WAS VERY ENGAGING AND KEPT THE PACE MOVING SO THAT EACH SUBJECT HAD THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF ATTENTION.

Good format, split into small sections, plent of video/graphics

I like the content, but, having done this training for about 10 years, I can get 95% in the test without reading the content. I would like to be able to just take the test, without having to skip through the content. Additionally, as a fire warden whose main responsibility is to evacuate and make sure that others do so in an orderly fashion, I don't see why I should know about different types of fire extinguisher since I'm not supposed to use one.

The speakers were very clear and the information was put across in a very informative way with the right level of detail.

It was easy to follow and straightforward.

Met my expectations

Overall very useful but also very long, if I had not taken notes throughout which took longer would not have been able to complete test.

Some of the vidoe images not as clear as they could be.

Overall thought the package was informative particularly " human behaviour "
