Easy to complete and some interesting scenarios.

I like the way as an individual doing the training alone you can take your time, repeat any section as you feel necessary. I think a pause button should be added. I encountered a problem with one question in the test, that asked in what circumstances would you not use this type of fire extinguisher? but no picture came up. Also in Fire First Aid Section 4 / Fire Extinguishers / Page 6 shows Class D fire as no extinguishers, but page 14 it shows you can use dry powder. Which is correct?

Good course with a good mixture of visual aids (video, interviews and slides).

The information was very clear and concise

VERY INFORMATIVE

The programme was quite long but kept its interest by including short videos. It was helpful to see how people did not respond when the fire alarm was sounded and clearly illustrated the role of the Fire Warden.

Quite long but at least it is detailed enough to make you think you have actually learnt something. Behavioural section was new and interesting.

Much better than any other training I've received - explanations were clear and made sense.
