As far as online courses go, I found this extremely helpful and the video examples regarding human behaviour were particularly good in conveying the relevant message. I would recommend the course to colleagues.
The multiple choice questions helped and are a good idea as some people get all flustered when having to do anything like this. I found the Fire Programme easy to use and had clear instructions.
The Training Programme is much more convenient than sending staff to off site training. It is well designed and easy to follow. The information is clear and concise and easy to understand. We would recommend this product to any office for training of their Fire Wardens
Found it quite interesting, the way the training was split up with a mixture of text, videos, pictures and interactive slides prevented it from becoming boring
