the understanding of the science behind fires and smoke was great. the explanation of the different types of extinguishers was very useful and the videos of the group doing the" market research" was eye opening about how we react to fire alarms. regards lyndon

Quite a lot of information crammed into one and a half hours. Could have been made simpler

On the whole very good. Just one minor observation that could confuse some people when you are asked to click below to progress there are two buttons available and also the blue progress arrow is still available, this made me think that I may have missed something.

The training was clear and easily understood, very informative and enjoyable to undertake.
