Very informative

Very informative, concise, seemed to cover what was required Programme stopped part way through saying Error - took time before could continue, had to leave it overnight before the programme would let certificate be printed

very informative training, however, it did take a lot longer than the estimate of 40 minutes to complete so unfortunately it had to be completed over a number of days when I think this sort of training is better to be completed all at once. It would be better to have been warned that the training would take a while to complete so that the full time could have been set aside at a more convenient time. However, the training was very good.

quite enjoybale overview of the role - but would have liked handoutson extinguishers and other key points

I was expecting a dull and tired training session. I was pleasantly surprised by the content, the delivery, the pace and information contained within the videos. I felt there was a very good balance between the videos, the slides and the interspersion of the questions. On the whole this was a positive experience.

A very well thought out course that uses modern technology to help train candidates all that is necessary for the role of a fire warden.

I found the training very interesting and found that I learnt a lot about fire and people.

I have completed courses before out of office. This can be difficult to arrange. Being able to do the course online was so easy!
