Easy to follow covered all aspects required

informative, helpful and well laid out made it easy to understand and the visual aids were of great help.

After successfully undergoing this training, one can only grow more confident as a fire warden and I personally feel better equipped in fulfilling this aspect of my role at work. Thanks.

I feel more confident now i have compleated this course.

The explanations we have are good and quite clear but some slides and viedos are missing, as in the Fire awareness training. For example, in the Background part, Reducing Risks, the first video Alarm systems doesn't work but we do have a question afterward about P2 fire alarm to which we can't answer without having seen the video I presume. In the Safe evacuation part, slides 6 and 7 are empty and again the question at the end can't be answered (what is a class D fire ? we didn't have any explanation about different fire classes). The same with the question What percentage of business fil to reopen after a fire ? The question is obviously in one of the videos or slides we can't access...

Simple to learn & follow, opportunity to review what has been learned after each section. Animation & video clips make it easier to stay interested and learn.

Helpful and work-friendly when in a busy working environment as the training can be dipped in and out of as necessary. Like the fact that able to retake the test if don't do as well as wanted first time round!
