The course was thorough and gave enough information so that I would feel confident in dealing with a fire situation in our building.

Although I think the training was very good there is never a substitute for having a Fire Officer actually delivering training face to face in case there is anything that you struggle to understand or if you need to ask a more specific question.

I feel much more confident about which fire extingushers to use.

It was very informative

I only had 75 % in test however i have gain the knowledge of what i got wrong and now understand all apects within this role.

Training is well presented and easy to follow.

The information was presented well, however there are a couple of problems with the flash ordering. The foam extiguisher and the CO2 extinguisher pages are mixed up. Also at the end of the test, i printed out a certificate from completing at 100%. However, after printing the certificate i returned to the screen and had to do the rest again. This confused me a bit, so i did the test again and got 95% which is my final recorded score. I am not to worried about the score in the system, but am concerened that the system is not robust enough and has some programming errors in it.

It took longer than I thought to complete due to a slow internet connection

You tend to forget thing but this brought all the things i previous new back.
