The video content was straightforward and worked. The whole process was generally very engaging making it easy to concentrate on the material being taught.

Good overview that everyone should be able to understand and learn from.

There were a lot of facts given, that were not in the exam at the end. The part about the fire extinguishers was confusing, they showed CO2 extinguishers but talked about dry foam. I enjoyed the programme I thought that it was a good way of learning you can go at your own pace and go back over a section if you have any queries.

Good programme which was full of information. However the carbon dioxide extinguisher video re explained the foam extinguisher so missed out on what the co2 extinguisher does. Also there was only 1 video on legislation? Wasn't sure if there were parts missing there also. Other than that was a good training programme.

I was glad to do the Training as a refresher.

the section on fire extinguishers missed out the CO2 extinguisher but one of the others was repeated. Also - once the initial video clip has finished there is the option to choose 1 of 2 sections, you then get to the end and it shows that you've missed out a section and have to sit through the whole section again.

Easy to follow and felt that had gained useful knowledge about the Fire Marshals role and also how to handle different types of fire.
