Short units packed with information.
It was a good course but some visuals didn't play so I had to rely on the subtitles.
It was very informative and easy to understand - for me personally it raised awareness where otherwise I was probably more complacent, thank you
I was very pleased with the trainers and the knowledge I gained on the course.
I would recommend this course as I have learned a great deal from this course.

I don't like training with unnecessary voice or video sections as I prefer to read. Also there were two sections where the video was missing. I found the presentation and controls to be a little clunky.
Interesting but a lot to remember
Good, easy to understand / follow done in different styles to keep you interested. Especially liked the fire alarm experiment.
