Gave me an awareness of human behaviour and knowledge of fire extinguishers and signage which I did not have prior to the course.

We have no audio facilities on our computers so I had to read everything whcih isn't quite as good. But the course was very well set out and at a good pace. Very informative.

Enjoyed the training programme but should only be completed on a computer with sound.

It so important in doing the drills regularly as keeps you alert to any improvements that can and will be needed. It truly is a life saving role. A highly significant programme that has an impact on every one.

Information useful and style of learning quite modern/good, but it really could do with an update with new people demonstrating and discussing these issues, nice as they are, getting a bit fed up with the same old faces
