Very detailed knowledgeable course. The statistics provided for administrators, however, are poor and lead to an incorrect view on the status of people taking the course. This can lead to defamatory accusations and generate lack of trust.

Loads of information and not too long it took me around 85 mins to complete and print out certificate.

Would have preferred the website to make it obvious how to save a part completed form. Having completed most of it yesterday I was uncertain how to 'save' it, and when I came out it said that the form had not been started .So I thought I had lost it all, and was not amused as it had taken a long time to read through all the pages. However, it provided me with the necessary training and gave me skills and information for the better performance of my warden duties.

The Fire Warden training material is well structured and easy to understand.

Well constructed course. Easy to follow and inderstand.

Comprehensive and user-friendly - it explained everything and the demos were particularly helpful.
