Straightforward easy to use and understand.

Mixture of learning styles with videos, pictures and written information. I find some training sessions hard to follow but this was very clear. My only criticism was the video about people not leaving the building when a fire alarm sounds. We have probably all experienced this, the video was to long and not needed in my opinion.

Information good quality, well presented, the test itself was well defined and not testing in its format alone as is often the case with some multi choice answer formats.

Surprisingly good, and informative, but still believe an on site actual live fire extinguisher handling demonstration should back up the presentation for would be Fire Wardens.

Easy to use and very informative

An Excellent Training Package, the course was very informative.

Very slow downloading and interrupted buffering on video clips meant I had to skip parts. Sadly missed the acting out bit. Also over-elaborate classification scheme for types of fire/material/extinguishers. Too many options to think about in an emergency.Simplify this section please.

The training was organised well into different categories, information was kept small and bullet pointed. The use of videos helped to keep an interest and I liked the use of a fire drill test that showed real individuals not reacting to the alarm. The questions after each category I also found a good idea. The area I found of most use was the fire extinguisher demonstrations and a clear table of each fire extinguisher and what they should be used for. I found no faults with this training programme and have learned a lot from it.
