The videos showing the experiment of how people react on hearing an alarm was especially useful - you wold not believe it otherwise!Only comment is that it is not easy to go back and re-cap if a question is answered incorrectly - or to refresh memory about certain parts (e.g. there is a lot of information given very quickly about all the types of extinguishers and what they should be used on).It would be useful to have access to this information as a quick summary to refer to from time to time.

Enjoyed the real life cases, bought theory to life.
The programme was well set out and the information in it was fairly easy to digest splitting the programme down into the 5 sections then the test was good as at the end of section there was a quick question to make sure you had understood what you had learnt. It wasn't too long or too short seemed to be just long enough to get across all the relevant information. If anything I would possibly where possible add a couple of questions at the end of the sections just to cover a bit more of what you have learnt in that section.
Very clear structure that breaks down all the information into simple bite-size nuggets which makes the whole process smooth. This maximises the chances of a good test score which assures future fire wardens of their abilities to execute their duties.
A simple to follow training course which can be completed at desk, in own time, rather than wasting time travelling somewhere to sit course.
Personally I prefer a training in groups/class which gives me opportunity to raise questions and discuss matters.
very good way of refreshing my fire warden knowledge and duties - easy to understand and remember - well laid out course

Good programme. Many of these types of training programmes can get bogged down with jargon and talk about legislation and regulations which can send the listener to sleep! This programme was informative without becoming boring. Well done.
