The actual content was very good. Unfortunately the web application appeared to be very flaky (sound often absent when moving to a new video/section but it returned when restarting the video; sometimes the video would not start automatically, requiring the 'play' button to be pressed; one video appeared to terminate early, even when re-run). Environment details: Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.18059 Update Versions: 11.0.24 (also initially run on Firefox 41.0.2 switched to IE to see if that fixed the sound problems but it didn't) both running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. SP1.

The material was informative, however when first completing the course the test site was faulty and it took several go's to complete. The test had to be completed several months later.

This course was highly engaging with a good pace and regular assessed questions throughout each section. I liked that this allowed me to test my knowledge as I went along. The visuals coupled with clear audio and videos really presented all of the content in a clear way. The only negative thing I came across was that the graphics (silhouettes of the man and woman) covered up some of the text during certain sections.

Far, far too long. The everyday person is not going to worry about types of extinguishers or putting out fires. The importance is getting out quietly, safely and efficiently. End of

Great course that gave all I needed to know about fire warden training within the workplace. I shall look forward to putting it into practice.

The course though non practical was very useful and knowledgeable for myself.As a production worker I found it difficult to do whilst at work,mainly time and disturbances,so I was delighted to be able to complete it at home with help.My wife was less so happy.
