Really constructive and easy to follow training course
Comprehensive and easy to use course. Found It very useful that you could go back over things as there is such a lot to take in. Also very useful that you can complete it in stages.
Potential improvement: able to make videos full screen, ability to rewind videos/slides without completely restarting, somewhere to easily amend name/company details, include a 'continue' button on each section instead of having to click a small 'back' button.
Good valuable information on Fire's in the work place; the prevention, what to do if there is a fire and the role of the fire warden. All the information needed is there, but it is presented in a slightly dull manner, there are some good videos showing real life examples, but on the whole it is someone telling you the information needed. Could do with a little more interaction within the presentations to keep people engaged.
The programme was concise , to the point, well written and presented with enough visuals to enhance the presentations. The website was self explanatory and easy to navigate .
This training was simple to use and very easy to follow. Good relevant information given which increased my knowledge to the level I require for my role.

The actual content was very good. Unfortunately the web application appeared to be very flaky (sound often absent when moving to a new video/section but it returned when restarting the video; sometimes the video would not start automatically, requiring the 'play' button to be pressed; one video appeared to terminate early, even when re-run). Environment details: Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.18059 Update Versions: 11.0.24 (also initially run on Firefox 41.0.2 switched to IE to see if that fixed the sound problems but it didn't) both running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. SP1.
