• The fire behaviour videos are outdated and overused. • The demonstration of how to use a fire extinguisher shows the Fire Officer leaning over the fire extinguisher during testing and use. This is extremely bad practice due to the risk of the extinguisher malfunctioning and the extinguisher/head being propelled upwards. • Also at no point is it explained that one of the purposes of the Extinguisher test prior to using it on the actual fire is to determine reach so you don’t get any closer to the fire than necessary.
The content provided is informative and clear but the presentation lets it down. Namely: - video for water extinguishers didn't plan - having subject area navigation buttons below and the Next button to the right makes it unclear what the click or whether you are covering all the sections - no indication of progress - at then end of the presentations I was taken back to the start rather than into the test

this was my second time taking 'Fire Warden Training' course and found it easy to follow thank you.

Personally I prefer to attend courses the old fashioned way rather than web training, as I feel that you are more focused when you have a tutor standing at the front of the room and can get a better understanding.
