Very comprehensive and informative module with a wide range of activities and methods of presenting the information. I particularly appreciated the videos showing the use of the different fire extinguishers as this is an area I find difficult to remember. The other videos also had a lot of impact - shocking behaviour! It was worth investing the time in taking notes as I went and having sound rather than relying on sub-titles.

Although I found the training very thorough. I would like to have spent perhaps a full morning completing the training to order to thoroughly digest all the necessary information.

The course is require for my job role, however it is very long winded and at times very boring!!! It would be great if it was shorter and more to the point, I felt the course went around the houses rather that direct to the point that was trying to be made!!

This course obviously covers the theory but what about the 'hands on practical' stuff?

This is good training and provides good understanding to act as quickly as possible when fire cause.

The course is very informative and very well presented for all levels.

I found it more informative than I had expected and enjoyed the course.

The programme gave relent information needed and very easy to understand. I enjoy the question at the end of each section to see if you got it right or not and if you didn't you had the option to go back over that section. I also like that you could stop and go back to the programme at a different time.
