Very informative and gave great examples.

Easy to use and straightforward language. Good background information given.

The course itself was very informative, but the introductions to each section seemed to repeat a lot of the information that was then provided in that section, so these could be shortened a little.

A fantastic informative course, delivers the correct level of detail and was a pleasure to participate in.

...but was a bit long. And asking me which sort of fire extinguisher is a type D is all very well, but it's of no real practical use. Concentrate on questions that will check that people understand their responsibilities.

Luckily I had done this course before so was able to answer the test!In essence it kept kicking me out. The slides did not play the video on several occasions. It also skipped slides instead of moving me onto different sections.

Good length of course which covered everything in an easy to understand way.

Good mix of delivery methods combining graphics with video and interviews. Current and appropriate.

I didn't award 5 stars as the course did not register that I had completed a section which meant I could not access the test. That was the only thing that detracted from it. It took 5 attempts running through that section for the test to be unlocked.
