I found the Training very useful, as this is relevant and good practice.This has enabled me to up date skills and training.

On some of the training slides there were no pictures only sound was available.

Videos are clear and precise, presentation is neat and covers the contents. The observation exercise; choosing the Warehouse or Office, I could actually see the issues (answers) in a scroll box, so became lazy doing this exercise and just clicked on the boxes, which circled the problem areas. Possible put a second chance button on the questionnaire, as I got one question wrong as I clicked in the wrong place by accident. (wasn’t allowed to change it) The whole exercise was slightly too long however you do have the option to stop and come back to, most people I think would just like to completed in one hit.
