I really enjoyed the programme, and found it to be very informative
A very comprehensive, easy to understand course. It was very effective in showing how fires are caused, spread and dealt with, as well as being very clear as to the role of the fire warden. The sections on human behaviour and fire extinguisher categorisation and use were particularly useful and interesting. The final test was perhaps a bit straightforward, but I thought the in-session quizzes were very good and really thought provoking.

Found it very interesting indeed we did a fire drill not long back and some staff did not react at first its good to refresh up on things
