good dvd course with a good knowledge of information
I found the training really easy to follow and all of the information given was helpful when it came to the test.
Very Clear and Easy to follow, I will definitely be recommending this to some friends
Straightforward. I liked the bit about how people react when alarms go off - very helpful to see the video experiment. For some reason on my computer I could only see any of the videos if I maximised the screen, but then I couldn't read the transcript. I find reading the transcript as I listen helpful, but would have found it better to be able to see, hear and read simultaneously. It was all useful, but some parts were a bit boring.

It was a very good course for anyone wanting to become a fire warden. Completed in less than two hours (can easily be done in one sitting) with all the information necessary. It was easy to follow and revisit any part of the course if more clarification was needed. Highly recommended.

The information within the train is important and pertinent to the role of fire warden. However there are a few concerns. Different people will have different learning styles. This training concentrates on two of these styles. They are the audible and visual learning styles. People who learn by practice may not absorb or recall some key aspects of using fire extinguishers unless they have had hands on experience with them. I guess the onus is on my company to provide practical training in conjunction to this presentation. The second concern is that it is possible to create the certificate with a grade of 0%. This seems very wrong. I think there should be a pass mark i.e. 90%, else a message should tell the trainee to either redo the training or contact the person/s necessary to discuss their grading and request extra training perhaps.
