I thought the course was very informative and helpful .... the only thing that marred the experience was the videos kept freezing and i had to start the video again ... this significantly lengthened the duration of the course

Good easy to do basis fire training
I found the training interesting, informative and easy to use. I think the "self teach" format is good because I was able to complete it at my desk, pausing to deal with any queries that arose workwise from colleagues. This style of training allowed me to carry out my normal duties without being away from my desk for several hours
The training would not run in my default browser, I.E. 9 (the video is scrambled), when I ran from Google Chrome many of the slides (50%?) failed with 'plugin errors'.
