i feel this is always needed as keep you refreshed and up to date with Fire safety issues
This course provided all the information necessary for a fire warden new in role, however it is a very dry and tedious format and for fire wardens who require a refresher, the excessive background information and industry specialist speakers were completely unnecessary.

Enjoyed use of video, diagrams, interviews and text to get the message across. Questions at end of each section are great for keeping you on track

An easy to use course that is detailed and thorough. The programme uses a wide range of resources, from moving diagrams, real life videos and scenarios to clips of how to use the fire extinguishers. I found the end of section questions a useful reminder which then prompted me to re-read the section if I didn't get the question correct. Being able to stop and resume the course was also useful, so I could pick up the programme at any point and I wasn't tied to completing the course all at once.I would definitely recommend this training programme and IHASCO and will be using the company again.
