82 minutes it said the duration of the course was. I had too do the course over two days. Due to having no lap top of my own. I found it good that I could pause it while I dealt with family issues (kid wanted feeding) and was sent a link via email, so I could resume the course where I had left it the night before. Thanks
Although it took a while, I found the course very thorough and useful. Although most of the actions could be seen as common sense, it is good to have that action reinforced in your mind so that it becomes an automatic response in an emergency, so that you can be confident in that you are doing the right thing.
online course doesn't prepare you properly for the real thing
A very good course that covers all you need without it sounding daunting. The film of the (non) reaction to the fire alarm is a game changer.
Very informative
Not all of the videos worked on my NR laptop so I had to read the slide subtitles iot complete the sections. I believe this was due to the NR server blocking content...
Good easy to follow course, the video is particularly good, it makes you think. I had done this before but still worked as a refresher.
The course was very comprehensive and easy to use. It takes you from one area to the next, building on your knowledge. It gave plenty of real life situations. The videos were particularly helpful. I was amazed to see how people actually respond (or fail to respond!) to a fire alarm. It showed very clearly how the role of fire warden is important for every organisation.
