A very clear & straightforward on-line course. Easy to navigate around the different sections. The ability to fit the course in around a busy working day & being able to restart the training where you left it was very useful. the presenter spoke clearly & the language that was used meant that the information was easy to understand.
Provided the correct amount of information to carry out my duties without being overwhelmed with the legislation documentation side of it.
Excellent well presented easy to follow course
Really impressed with the information provided. However, there is an argument about how often an organisation should run a fire drill; from previous experience it is said that a fire drill has to be carried out once per year and that this can increase or decrease depending on the type of business. The answer to the question on this training programme states every six months which can be slightly misleading.

Also because while taking the test I got stuck several times so I had to start again!
A very good course, was easy to follow and very informative, I have done a fire warden course before, but this was a lot more in depth, I took a lot of notes and feel a lot more confident if a fire does break out.
