Really brought messages home.

Informative throughout but possibly too long. I found myself having to keep myself concentrating at times. The hidden camera showing people not reacting to the fire bell was excellent. Also the CCTV film of the fire in the sweet shop - very telling of people not being "aware".

An easy to use course

Very informative and easy to use. gives clear details and helpful bullet points throughout. the little questions at the end reaffirm the information you have just learnt.

2 hours and 20 mins to complete!!!

I thought the course had very meaningful information in it's content but feel this could be minimalized slightly as it took me 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete. Time is precious for everyone and the time allocated (86 minutes) is untrue. I felt that I had to take notes in order to remember the information as I wouldn't remember by the time I got to the question at the end of the section.

3/5
Easy to use, too many pauses

Content couldbe reduced for someone who has undertaken this training and other fire fighting training previously, but would probably not be sufficient for someone who is completely new. You can't beat hand on use of fire fighting equipment to gain a better sense of what you might have to do. Too many pauses which breaks the flow.
