I wasn't looking forward to doing this, but once I got started I found it helpful and very informative. The section about human behaviour was incredible, shows us how reliant we are on being lead, told. Hopefully because of what I have learnt, I will feel confident to act in the right and appropriate way in the future.

Very useful to learn about the differant types of fires & how they spread through a building. Also very useful to learn about which extinguishers were best used on certain fires. Informative - if worrying - to see how people reacted, or should I say didn't react when a fire alarm was raised in the mock situations, which I guess highlights the importance of regular fire drills and the role of the fire warden.
This was a very easy to use session.
Refreshing fire warden training is good to keep abreast of changes
The programme was fairly easy and simple to follow with the information on point without any unnecessary exaggerations. I think the programme also has a very friendly user interface with ease to navigate around the page. You can pick up where you left off last time and can finish the programme in anytime and anywhere as long as you have access to the internet. It is very convenient that you do not have to finish this all in one go. It can be split into number of sittings and you can always go back to sections you're not sure about before you take your final test at the end. The only downside of the programme was it didn't work properly on some computers; the videos would not play so I had to read the subtitles which in the end helped anyway.

A good comprehensive course but with some navigation issues. I missed a section on my first run-through and it took me a while to find the section I had missed so that I could complete the course.
