Better than class room based training
I was unsure about the course as I have not used this training provider before. I was pleasantly surprised at how informative and interesting the course was. It was easy to follow and get through the dialogue used was understandable. A highly enjoyable course to do. I Would highly recommend it for either experienced staff or those just starting a career.
101 slides is far too many.
Learnt alot from this course.
