sadly the fire video link doesn't work and you aren't able to cut and paste the link either. My mistake on one question - gutted.
This is a mandatory course and one that is necessary to keep staff and service users as safe as we can possibly make the home in which they live and we work, training is the key to this
Needs follow up within work environment now as lots of questions raised eg what do the different alarm sounds mean in my work place, is it 999 or 111 I call. Where is the fire action plan? Where is the high vis? I want to walk through the fire escapes and note the different signs. Very thought provoking for work and home. Kathy

It good to learn and training at the same time to get more experienced.
It shows it was a good course as I was able to remember key points from the first time I had completed it. It was good to refresh on the different types of fire extinguishers that are used and the importance of keeping them maintained and in good working order. I will look at our service users risk assessments to identify their needs in the event of a fire with safe evacuation
After the trainings I have more knowledge.
This was a very informative training course. The videos I found helpful, and useful. This relates to my workplace safety procedures and policies so it makes it more meaningful. It is good to have this awareness for personal as well as professional use. I found that there were many videos that made this training time consuming, but it was good to have the option of being able to pick up where I left off at anytime.
I found this training to be very informative and relevant, there is a lot of good quality content and information in it. It's easy to use and user friendly.
Clear and understandable.
