Generally useful and informative. However, and I'm sure everyone says what I'm about to say (so I'm not sure why this part hasn't been taken out/shortened). The (almost 12 minute long video) showing people not reacting to the fire alarm is annoying and patronising! This is my third time of having to sit through this!
