This took a great deal of time to complete. I felt it could have been done in slightly less time. Some of the questions seemed rather pointless, for example how many school fires were caused by arson a week? Others were a little ambiguous. It made me go and look for extinguishers.

Very easy to follow and broken up well so that it could be tackled in stages. The course is long (108 minutes), but the subject is serious so this isn't too bad. However, even though it was interesting, the hidden camera section following the reactions of people to a fire alarm was over long - the point could have been made in a more concise manner.

Very clear and helpful, referring you to relevant further reading around the subject. Very long and a little repetitive in places, but that helps it sink in so I am sure this is on purpose. I learnt a lot about fire extinguishers and their uses, so although I would always double check with the instructions on them, I might now actually reach for the right one in the first place.

Very good and clear training which makes it easy to understand and retain the information.

It was very clear and the videos on real life situations and behaviour experiments were interesting and feel that I have learnt a lot.

Worth taking the time to do this course, very informative and easy to understand.

A very well structured course with clear, well explained sections. The little tests along the way were very helpful and the ability to navigate back to earlier parts of the course was also helpful for review and revision. The use of graphics and videos was very effective, in particular, the ones which showed the groups of people not reacting to a fire alarm and to an actual fire: very powerful footage! The test was a fair reflection of the content and the course prepared me well for it.
