It was very interesting watching the different causes of fires etc. Also the different ways of putting out fires and how devastating some fires can be .
Prior warning needed that the programme needs to be done in Google Chrome NOT MICROSOFT as you will not be able to see the information before the test. Content was ok
An extremely useful session - designed to be practical and thorough. There was a lot of information to take in so I very appreciated the summaries ...and pictorial support for clarification. The test at the end added to my need to focus and on 2 occasions review my errors! I feel more prepared to carry out my role now as fire warden.

great content presented in a user friendly waycould be made better with save function so that work can be saved mid point
Relatively straightforward, informative course. There were, however, a few technical issues - on every test question (and on a few slides) the page had to be refreshed as answers were unable to be entered or saved. This can be a little frustrating and off-putting.
