I enjoyed completing the training. I felt that I learnt lots! As it contained so much information I found it particularly useful to be able to pause and restart the programme. It was quite long, so the variety of video, cgi and other presentations maintained my interest. The tests were straightforward to complete and it was satisfying to print out the certificate at the end!

I gave a 4 as some of the video's kept freezing so could not get all the information unless I closed down the site and reopened it. The course was interesting and to the point.
This course was very informative and will assist me in performing my duties and responsibilities as fire warden in my place of work
