The videos helped me understand the content as well as breaking down each part and providing a summary of the section.
A highly informative course. In particular, the videos demonstrating typical behaviour on hearing a fire alarm were enlightening. As the course included spoken word, images, diagrams and video it kept the interest of the attendee. The pace was about right and the level of detail also.
The section on fire extinguishers was not explained well enough

The online course was a long one but well designed using a variety of diagrams, videos, people explaining information, etc. Easy to follow, clear and decisive. Enjoyable and very helpful.

This covered areas which i didn't know the fire warden covered so it was very useful. It seemed quite long training but its obviously needed and now i have completed it I now understand why. It covers every area very in depth and I have greater understanding. It was very interesting.
