This is almost as good as the course that is taught live (except for the fact that you can't play with the fire extinguishers when it's online!).
This course was very informative and has helped me to understand the importance of adequate training to be a Fire Warden in an Education setting. Although a lot of common sense is required there certainly were lots of information I was unaware of and I found this very interesting.
This training will allow me to take on my new role with the confidence and knowledge.
The course is very informative and clearly structured. I can go at my own pace and can re watch videos and recap on sections. the course is very clear and straight forward. I find that online learning alone makes remembering aspects of the course e.g different fire extinguishers and fire types insufficient for me to remember. I personally would benefit from actual fire extinguisher training in addition to this course. I don't feel an online course is enough for me to be regarded as a capable fire warden. However this is just my opinion and not reflective of the course. I have had no problems with this course and would recommend.
Found quite a lot of it not to be relevant to me as the Property Manager would complete a lot of the tasks required. I have rated it 5 stars as I think it would tell the Property Manager everything he needs to ensure the staff and pupils of the school are as knowledgeable and as safe as they can be if a fire should occur.

My first thought was "Why don't the Government produce instructions on Covid 19 as well as this?" It was an extremely well thought-out, professionally delivered course with input from appropriate experts and well-chosen live examples. It has raised a few questions for me to take back into school as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
I found it to be extremely easy and interesting.
