A precise and easy to follow course , does not get needlessly bogged down with all the legislation but gives you an informative and comfortable set of slides/videos to peruse at your own leisure which people will find maybe less pressurising

This was an excellent on-line course. Each section conveyed the information clearly, efficiently and effectively. Although quite long it never dragged. All presenters were excellent. The live action sections (extinguishers) were good. The two videos ((i) human behaviour when an alarm goes off and (ii) the arson attack on the sweet shop both really interesting and helpful).
Very concise and I now feel I have the knowledge to go forward for fire drills and induction training for new staff and current staff.
