Emphasises all of the relevant points required to do the job. I felt some of the videos were too long particularly the one about reacting to a fire alarm.

The course is well structured with options to view videos and/or read the transcript based on eaxh individual's learning style. There are a few spot checks on the way... I would like more of these before the final test.....but that doesn't detract from me giving 5 stars.

The length of the videos did make the computer freeze a few times which meant watching the same thing quite a few times and the same with the test.

The course enhanced my knowledge ensuring that I am aware of the correct policies and procedures to follow.
I was so impressed with this Fire Warden Education course ; It covered absolutely everything required for personnel development and compliance. It took me three hours to complete but it was so worth it, as I and my team are now upskilled with the legislative knowledge needed for the school. I preferred this on-line course as its one-to-one meaning there's no room for chatting to each other in a classroom based course, so staff were more focused.
It taught me a lot, I've noted a lot of information down and now I know what to do in future if a fire alarm is set off.
